Malvasija Dubrovačka Karaman
Dubrovnik Malvasija is most certainly one of the most noteworthy indigenous Croatian white grape varieties. Characterized by harmony, specific aromas and flavor, it is highly distinctive. It gathers high sugar content with a satisfying level of acidity and can be found in a range of forms, from a dry wine to a dessert wine. It was highly appreciated in the times of the Dubrovnik Republic as a dessert wine and was also sold as a prescription medicine.

Golden in colour with greenish nuances, with sufficiently pronounced scents of varietal characteristics enhanced with blossoming almonds and macchia, blending with a bouqet full bodied smooth and substantial flavour.

Pošip Grgić
Made from renowned Pošip white grape variety which best clourishes in the Čara region of the island of Koruča. The gentle Maestral summer breeze cools the vineyards, maintaining a moderate air temperature and creating ideal conditions for white grape varieties. Extracts and pleasant vanilla aromas enrich the wine.

Malvazija Kabola Eko-Eu
A wine produced from the Malvazija variety grown in inland parts of Istria on marl-rich soils giving the wines a particular sensation of mineral presence. Thanks to the markedly suri-bathed position of the vineyards the wine has an emphasised structure. Following maceration of maturing for 12 months in oak barrels the wine acquires fullness, individuality and long lifespan. The wine is distinguished by its golden color, and emphasised by fresh fruity and floral scents of acacia and valilla. It contains an excellent balance between full-bodiness, alcohol content and freshness.

Chardonnay Galić
Rich and full-bodied Chardonnay of modern character, abundant in fruity, apricot and apple aromas followed through by high-pitched vanilla nuances. Palate is full bodied and vigorous, yet harmonious due to beautifully balanced acids and extracts. It's greatest quality is found in enticing and long-lasting piquant fruity aftertaste which lingers for minutes after tasting, beckoning yet another sip gradually as wine is poured int the glass. Profound scent of fresh only picked vineyard peaches followed by refined herbal notes.

Bolfan Rajski Rizling
Yellow in color with tinges of green, pronounced notes of vineyard peaches and discrete tones of celery and meadow grasses. The flavor is dominated by minerals.

Muškat Momjanski Kabola
The wine has a straw color with reflections of gold. Markedly aromatic, it is dominated by notes of fresh fruit such as vineyard peaches or even oranges, followed by elegant notes of white rose and also to be found are notes of honey and sage. Being medium bodied and of a very fine quality, it is alo harmonious. Best served as an aperitif or with desserts.

Dingač Miličić
Wine is a compact, ruby color, excellent consistency and viscosity and already the smell indicates the fullness and power of Plavac Mali with the best of Pelješac position. The bouquet of mixed spicy tones of orange zest and carob complemented fine skin tones and roasted almonds.

Zlatan Plavac Grand Cru
High quality wine produced from specially selected grapes of Plavac Mali from the best and oldest southern positions of Hvar vineyards older than 30 years. It ages in new barrique barrels capacity of 225l. Best barrels of French, American and Croatian descent and another half a year in the bottle are combined. The wine is dark ruby color rich and complex aromas which give the impression of prunes, vanilla and leather. Rich and powerful tannic structure, fire retro taste with persistence that stays long.

Merlot Dubrovački Podrumi
A quality red wine produced from the Merlot variety which gives surprisingly good results in the vineyards of Konavle. The alcohol content ranges from 12 - 12,5%, acids from 5 - 6 g/l and extracts from 22 -27g/l. Ripe red in color with light brown tones, with complex and mature aromas predominated by spices and vanilla is intense with varietal characteristics yet elegant. it has a full and mellow palate with an abundance of fresh fruit, elegant balance of acidity and tannins with a lengthy finish.

Merlot Buhač
With an opaque red color, this wine has a fruity bouquet of cherry, slowly giving way to ripened aromas of chocolate and coffee. Medium bodied and soft.
